Delivery Dates:
We know event planning can be stressful, especially with tight delivery windows. We ship using multiple carriers to offer you the best rate and reliable service. Once we hand your package off to the carrier, delivery is out of our control. Please plan for possible delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen events. Delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed.
Order Turn Around Time:
We require a minimum of 3 business days to process all orders before shipping. This allows us time to source your items, prepare and package them carefully, and deliver them to the shipping carrier. This ensures you receive the quality you expect and deserve.
Rush Orders and Cutoff Times:
Need your order sooner? Contact us before placing your order—we may be able to accommodate a rush for an additional fee. Orders placed after 3 PM CST will be processed starting the next business day.
Damages and Late Shipments:
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect item, contact us right away so we can help make it right. Once your order has been shipped, the carrier is responsible for timely and safe delivery. If your package arrives late or damaged due to carrier error, we will assist you in filing a claim with them.
