Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to love every snack experience from Conference Sweets & Snacks. Because our products are made to order and filled with individually packaged snacks, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges.

We always stand behind our product and our goal is to make every experience with CS&S a sweet one. We’re always here to help if something isn’t right with your order.

 

Refunds:
If a refund is necessary and deemed the solution to the customers situation. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
